These terms describe the basic conditions for using the MPC Solutions Platform.
The MPC Solutions Platform is provided as software for nonprofit organizations and their authorized users. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful and authorized organizational purposes.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into the platform, for maintaining appropriate permissions for their users, and for how they use generated reports, records, and communications.
Users must keep their account credentials secure and may not use another person’s account without authorization. Organizations are responsible for disabling access for users who should no longer have access to their workspace.
MPC Solutions stores and processes organizational information in order to provide the platform’s services. We may update, improve, or modify product functionality over time. Some features may depend on third-party services such as authentication, hosting, email, payments, or infrastructure vendors.
Organizations may export their data from the platform. Upon cancellation, data may be retained for a limited period before deletion unless a longer retention period is required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
MPC Solutions may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
