This page explains what information MPC Solutions Platform collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when organizations use our software.

Overview

MPC Solutions Platform is software for nonprofit organizations. We process organizational information so teams can manage grants, donors, board activity, finances, volunteers, reporting, and related operations inside one platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information that organizations and authorized users provide to us directly, including account details, organization profile details, financial records, donor records, grant records, board materials, volunteer information, uploaded documents, and communications submitted through the platform.

When users sign in with Google or another authentication provider, we may receive basic account information needed to authenticate the user and operate the platform, such as name, email address, and profile details associated with that sign-in method.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve the MPC Solutions Platform. That includes authenticating users, maintaining organization workspaces, storing records, generating reports, sending transactional emails, processing approved platform billing, and helping organizations manage their operational workflows.

How Google User Data Is Used

If a user signs in with Google, the Google account information we receive is used only to authenticate the user, create or match their account, maintain secure access to their organization workspace, and support the core functionality they request. We do not sell Google user data.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell customer data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, and infrastructure vendors, but only for the purpose of delivering the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the platform and its users.

Data Storage and Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include authenticated access controls, role-based permissions, infrastructure security controls, and encrypted network transport.

Retention and Deletion

Organizations may export their data from the platform. Upon cancellation, data may be retained for a limited operational period before deletion, unless a different retention period is required for legal, security, or contractual reasons. Requests for earlier deletion can be sent to our team.

Your Choices

Authorized users may update certain account information through the platform. Organizations are responsible for the information they choose to store in their workspace and for managing access for their team members.
